I download the zip file and when you open it up it shows smooth x and not smooth x vista. Thumbs up on the skin! I really like it. �

So the screenshot shows that your icons are distorted in size. Is that because of the font used? The font looks a little difficult to read, and it seems to distort things such as quicklaunch, desktop, and systray icons.
I like the colors and the alpha blending, but i know you will refine this. I just want to help you pinpoint a couple things. Criticism is expected by artists, right?

I like the skin but didn't see any wallpaper. If it's in the blind file what is the name of it because I didn't see a new one in the list of wallpapers in WB. Good job on the skin though.
