For start button disable Windows paint flag.
Taskbar needs more detail, too much flat black, the 2 pixels of detail each side and top and bottom look nice on image but are lost when applied.
It is a good start.

It is a good start. I agree with Cavan1 on all points. Menubar needs tweaked, remember to keep the menubar and the menuitem seperate. Good start.
