Gave you the big 4 stars. (Sorry, I rarely give 5). I love the color and love the design. The design is different enough to where it's unique in a lot of ways from the "same old design" in other skins I see uploaded.
But, I'm just a critic not an artist. At least, not an artist yet. ..

First-Rate! First thing I check is the hover-action on the Start Menu and the Wait box while loading theme, then Logoff/Shut-down box. All there and clean. Will use this indefinitely and over again.
