That is a skin by Elshardo that was ported by jazzymrj. That is one of the "Candy" ones I have as well as "Candy Blue" by Dangeruss.
I sure would like to get this downloaded.

Green--control active
Red--inactive
Orange--Permissive (a control that allows something to happen rather than controlling it)
Blue--In process, that is changing from one status to another, such as active to inactive.
Am I on the right track?

In that you succeeded. It would be interesting for someone to do one with many changing colors where the colors code for something. It could be called "It's Candy and It's Good For You."

Nice touch with the drive access from the title bar. Hope that idea catches on in a 'dark' skin. TY, but no candy for me.
Still, it looks great! Please login to comment and/or vote for this skin.
