Lovely stuff, JJ. Not entirely sure about the colours, but thats what options are for.
I think the smaller title bars are definately the way forward for you; you're an amazing skinner, the only thing I ever found about your work that didn't work was the huge task/titles. More usable screenspace = a better skin

You forgot to mention the two buttons on the bottom left (minimize to systray, transparency)

Woah baby, Well done JJ. You've definitely have braggin rights with this skin, it's awesome. Sign on to wincustomize and check out the new releases and this one hits you right in the eyes and you say to yourself "gotta have this". It's one of those type of skins.

I am not sure what causing this problem, but if I change the wallpaper to something else, the start panel still uses the old wallpaper as its background(to make it looks like transparent, and sometimes the transparent effect doesn't even work)

Well,It sure has a 'touch' of yellow in it.The skin is really excellent,layout and all but maybe a Darker ,golden yellow would swing me over for sure.The guy before me asking for different colors,maybe playing in Windblinds would help him out.Think I'll try that.Other than that,You do some really Nice work. ---
