Very interesting color, in fact I like the color very much 
This skin however has a lot of colorized luna images, unskinned elements and margin errors. Personally I feel this skin is incomplete, especially in the XP Shell area and if you hit the analyze tab in SkinStudio you will note that there are many errors there as well, though most are not critical. Another thing I don't get....the taskbar buttons and the scrollbars are excellent but the Titlebar buttons are an odd color and poorly created. I would have made sure my titlebar buttons were of the same quality and color as these other elements. 
Keep working at it.

I agree with Essencay, try to work more on Luna parts and unskinned parts.
