The latest version (and probably last one since it's gone free...) is 1.401. The link to the official webpage to download it is:

Keep in mind the page is in japaneese but not to worry since the download links (3 mirrors, though mirror#2 is currently unavailable) are clearly stated as "download#1", "download#2" (currently not working), and "download#3".
