I think it's uglier in the preview, but that's because the preview was shrunk. Try downloading it and you will se it's not that ugly

well, I guess skins made in Paint don't turn out so good. it was just a temporary solution since I didn't like ICQ's look.
I did make a really neat Windows XP Luna skin, but lost it during a hdd accident, which i still can't forget
