I used IconPackager to insert most of the Windows 11 icons into my Windows 10 OS machine including the default folders, so I use these color folders on Windows 10 also.

Seriously! This app was written for Windows XP and creates only Windows XP and Vista style icons with a solid color. The "Windows 11 Folders" icon set is designed for use with Windows 11.
