Thanks for this. Been looking for something like it for quite a while. I prefer this version over the widget one (tried both), as it needs less resources. 
Took a while to set it up, but was worth it for sure. Love the photoshop-adjusting possibilities for the skins. Too bad you stopped developing this, separate weather icons for day and night would have made it perfect. x:
