I made it boring so it could be easily modified for any theme (the one on my system is spiffed up to the Antares skin). It's really the script (although not that complicated) and the calculations for the movement of the slider on the bar that this object is about. It is done in percentages of the object so it can be any height.
If anybody wants to use this in their themes, feel free to do so.
