In the hopes of cutting down on the e-mails I've been getting about this: You need the registered version of Dashboard for this skin.
In fact, you need the registered version of Dashboard for any skin with vertically-aligned icons, otherwise they won't appear correctly!

I see this still gets a lot of downloads, but if you like this, check my PocketBliss skin as well (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=14&SkinID=450) -- I personally think that it's a better XP skin than this!
