Michelle, you have to save the file to your hard drive with the file extension ".curxptheme" - give the file the name "BMW.curxptheme." Then double-click the file to install it. You can then delete it.
I like the idea behind the skin. I just am not very fond of the hand cursor. Perhaps you could make a hand, similar to the Windows default, yet with the BMW logo on the back of the hand? It would have to be large enough to make out the logo, but not quite as large as you made this one. Merely a suggestion.

i love this cursor, the animations move very smoothly! maybe u should fix the sixx fingers tho... LOL lov it
