Seriously and with all due respect, im a senior and computer-illiterate at best. i trusted in your product, purchased it and not a single email on where or how to download the purchased cursorfx product i just purchased. if it is truly this difficult to receive what is ordered here, then this will be my last purchase guaranteed! in-the-meantime, would you please be kind enough to help out an old foggie with an e-mail on where and how to actually receive the product i just ordered from you?
