need help with theme manager

Thursday, November 10, 2005 by JoshieRoo | Discussion: New Users

I recently downloaded the Theme Manager and for some reason I can get the task bars and windows to change skins with what skins came with it. I can't get the suites to load in it. I have gone through everything and downloaded it. I would appreciate if someone could help me and thank you ahead a time. Sorry if this has already been posted.

go the the themes gallery and download one - sotArt worked for me - I used Firefox, and chose open with, then when Thememgr came up, clicked on sotArt, then apply - which caused it to download required skins.

try going to the folder (for me it's at: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\ThemeManager\Themes) and double click it. when TM comes up, don't click apply, click ok - then when it asks if you want to apply say yes

S-L, if you have a balloon tip coming up to apply a skin, that's not TM
