I've had this skin on my Win 98SE machine for some time, and it's my favorite!
The problem arises, however, when I install it on my Win XP macine. On the Win XP machine, the toolbar icons are not skinned (as they are in Win 98). This, and only this, prevents me from using my favorite skin on both machines.
