My guess would be that the premultiplied box is checked for that section in sks. I noticed after ddraney's comment that it was checked on my version but it seems to not give the same effect on my system so I hadn't noticed before.

Awesome skin! I absolutley love the coloring. It's very clean, minimal. Definitley need some docks to go with this using the same colors (Not just all black). Thanks for this!

Fantastic visual style, I love every part of its design. Instantly became a favorite for me.

I am having the shutdown button problem too, even after several re-apply's.....
