This is one of the nicest looking skins I've seen here in a very long time. Very classy. The image files are well done and the colors are vivid and beautiful. Great job.

This is the only bioshock skin, so of course, I love it, but there definitely are some things that could be fixed/different. Great idea though 
I like the start menu!
