VERY nice! I love the drop shadow on the window frames -- really gives it a 3-D feel. SWEET!

On English Windows, the 'Shutdown button' doesn't stay inside the light gray area. Part of the button is in the dark gray area, and the 'PLACES' is not wide enough, but there's no better looking skin than this one.

This is quality made- - it doesnt even look bad on my Firefox browser and I know you mentioned you tested it only with the Chrome browser. I'm also impressed that it looks superb on my lil' ole Windows XP OS as well.
