I really don't know, i'm sorry!! Must have been some random wallpaper site. try a google images search for windows 7 ultimate wallpapers, you may find it.......

Hi there,
To see the gem stones in the toolbar, it is helpful to point out that in the WindowBlinds manager an
adjustment needs to be made:
1. Go to Settings -> “Advanced settings (UIS2/1) only”
2. Uncheck "I want to use Aero window frames but keep the rest of the skin"
3. Click “go”
4. The preview in the WindowBlind manager will reflect this after clicking the GloPad theme.
The rest is... cool.

Only issue ius the font is hard to read when you select a menu from right clicking. For instance if you have it downloaded just read the menu when you right click
