i gotta a question hw do u put the skin on ur computer bec wen i download it it sows as the blank file view as in i need a program to install it

aka, greetings and welcome aboard.
yes, you will need windowblinds to make use of all the blinds that are available on this site. it's a $20 program and is well worth it to enjoy WC's offerings.

well done
