Sure, seems really pleasing to the eye, and extremely easy-to-use everyday... but still, I'd have hoped for that little bit of extra/uniqueness that I look for in every blind. Anyways, if I were to rate it I'd still rate if 5/5, it's just that I may have been expecting a bit TOO much

What accounts for the underwhelming popular response to this MasterSkin? Essorant built the best blinds in skinning's history: Paean, Sinter, and PhaseChange. Why not build on that foundation? Even a genius has only so many original ideas in a lifetime. Market upgraded versions as SuperMasterSkins for $9.95. They're that good.

I love Tim's skins. They are absolutely perfect and he has figured out there are more colors in the spectrum besides black and gray. Perhaps he will consider updating the skins mentioned by srdiamond? Please?? I especially love Sinter but I am running Windows 7.

It looks pretty good. Blends in with a lot of the other skins. Essorant, you make GREAT stuff, but you are slowly losing and limiting your audience by releasing most of your skins as pay per view. You may win the art contest, but if no sees it, then what's the point?

You are quite right PixelPunk.
But I need to sell some of these to offset the amount of time I spend making the skins - basically, it's a part-time job for me!
Some people are willing to pay, and some just want the skins for free, which is fine. We're talking about a percentage of master skins to free skins of less than 4% in download figures for the 'pay' skin, so it's not a whole pile of money I'm making.
But that small number of supporters are helping me and keeping me skinning. I'll still put some free skins out, and continue to do Master skins, and I hope people will like them enough to buy them!
And while I'm at it, thank you to all those people who continue to pay for the skins I make.

Tim I have all of your blinds, paid and free. I will always continue to support the artists here at WC. I know the time and work it takes you to build a blind that is, to your liking and hence ours. I don't think any artist or skinner would beg to differ. The only advice I have for those above is; to give it try. I'd love to see what you can come up with. Thank you Tim and congrats on a nice blind. I almost missed it amongst all the Stardock re uploads. Five dollars, or 4 for subscribers, is a small price to pay for continual enjoyment of my desktop.

spedialkey - My next is is darker! (this one is especially light) When you try recolouring, untick the 'use smart recoloring' checkbox.
