Where is the skin located. Nothing listed on wallpapers and not on the download at Windowblinds?

@walterhalljr - I think you might be refering to the wallpapers? If you install the skin, you will find the wallpapers in the skin folder. Do a search on 'cinnabar' and you should find them.

Good looking skin, but it's an almost direct copy of the standard Ubuntu skin in 9.04 and 9.10....

merlinof2: No, it isn't a direct copy, because I've not seen the Ubuntu skin you're referring to. Be very careful when implying that someone has 'copied' something unless you know it to be true.
After some googling...
If it's the brown 'Human' theme or even the orange 'Human Clearlooks' then maybe you haven't looked at the screenshot of the Cinnabar skin very closely? For a start it's red, with a white highlight, a light to dark gradient from the centre outwards, it's transparent, and the window has a frame around the window body area; the window icons are completely different - raised, bevelled, drop-shadowed, different shape, with yellow glyphs; the buttons have a dark to light gradient, are bevelled and have a drop shadow, with a yellow hover colour; the scrollbars, radio and checkboxes are different, even at a quick glance.
Could you supply me with a link to a screenshot please?
