One more thing. The text margins for the right side of the start panel (bottom margin) should be a negative value. Vista does a funny thing there: as more content gets added to the right side, it adds to the list on the bottom. That would put the lower items below the bottom part of the start panel. I use a value of -40

The only problem I have is when you click on the dropdown on Internet Explorer to select a website's link, the texts are while blending with the white background making the links invisible. I'm hoping for a fix soon. Still one of the very best.
