1.7 is a newest version of file, date of file is wrong it's just mistake in system watch.

When it opens in my zip program, there are about 250 files, and none are wba - not sure what to do with them.

If it's a zip, try renaming the .zip extention to .wba

I think that you can install ZIP packages the same way as WBA files as well in Windowblinds itself.

OK... I am very annoyed right now... I paid to have a freakin' master skin, but I don't see a freakin' way of installing it... and I don't have time to try and figure it out... it should be like all the rest: you simply choose to download and apply... instead I get a friggin' zip file with no friggin' instructions???? What a moronic concept people! GET UR SHIT TOGETHER!

oh yeah... and btw... I have tried the little trick of renaming it to have a wba extension... all I get is a message asking if I am sure that is a WindowsBlind skin... this is ridiculous! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
