1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Windowblinds 2. Apply the skin and restart
thank you. I did all that but I am still having the same problems. also notice the white box next to the lock button. I have the latest version of window blinds...

no offense ment. i was just making some changes for personal use... i think this and other skins that you have done are great. i hope that you take some of the comments i and others posted and maybe create a new skin that resolves transparency on right pane of start menu and maybe includes a few more tweaks.. that would turn the 4 stars into 5 stars. and no insult meant there, i tried to vote, but i'm just a peon.

Adni, it didn't work for me. I did it twice. Also, my log in screen in showing through. It's very strange, and my icons on the right have white boxes around them. Maybe it's because I need to upgrade my WB. Let me know what you think. I can send a screenshot if you'd like. Thanks so much! Wendy

I had a fresh copy of XP installed just a few days ago... And I'm only using products like BootSkin, LogonStudio, CursorFX, IconPackager and of course WindowBlinds... Maybe you could work on a subskin with default details pan on the left or brining it down like in your screenshot because those options that are in the screenshot were always worthless to me and I never use them...

Hey!! I upgraded WB, and it did fix my problems! I'm just have a couple of problems with other WB now! Ugh, why can't everything just work. Anyway, I'm loving this skin! Thanks, Wendy

I think the problem that people are having is a WB issue, I have just had it with another skin where it would replace parts with an old skin (broken aero) which I haven't used in ages. (FYI the skin I tried to apply was Aero Frost and it replaced parts of the start menu and windows title bars with broken Aero) Admittedly I am using Vista, but there may be something in the premise that it's a WB issue? I cured the issue I had by resetting back to default. Rebooting and then reapplying the skin, this seems to cure it. I reiterate though, it wasn't this skin that caused it, but another one, which makes me think it is a cache issue or something?

oh oh more bug, when the mouse goes over quick launch bar their is no high lighting of the current icon, also start menu is too transparent, depending on what is behind it can be unreadable. oh and in windows explorer any background image is not washed out, it appears in full color os it makes it really hard to see the file listing... check out my music under my documents
