Yep, the start panel is awesome - it's very reminiscent of a very shiny computer case, as viewed from the front. 
I'm reluctant to cast any criticism on this skin, but if it's not just me who has the problem, pointing it out should be more beneficial than if I'd not said; I'm seeing ragged non-smoothed pixels around the "Close", "Restore" and "Minimize" buttons, and also on the red blob on the opposite (top-left) corner of the window. Is this possibly a limit of the per-pixel rendering capabilities of my video-card? (ATi x1650 Pro), or the fact that I'm still using WB 5.x.?

I think it's a wrong setting in your system. Try to update Windowblins and graphic card driver. Thank you

Galen1978 if you can't open a .wba file is because you don't have installed a program called Windowblinds. You can find Windowblinds here www.windowblinds.net

Nice looking blind,, but when I mouse over something, it pops up a white info window with white text, really hard to read, where can I change the color or background color

hey i love the skin but is there anyway i can change a feature? when i double click the title bar of a window, the window will shrink into just the title bar. i'm used to it maximizing the page. is there any way i can change it to where when i double click the title bar, it'll maximize the page? thanks, i wanna keep this skin..

To adjust the double click action you need to open WB Config go to settings tab and find "Action to take when double click on a titlebar" and set the option you want. There is another way, edit the skin in SKS.
