Beautiful concept ... will keep watch for more work in this series. A couple suggestions, both personal preferences, so others may not agree. Since WB 6 I avoid white and gray taskbars. The transparency effects wash out white and gray and I like transparency too much to turn off 
Also the window borders are too wide for my taste. Everything else from the start menu, to the glowing close/open buttons, the blue contrasted tray area and animated user icon are awesome. Good first version!

Particularly innovative great thing to get a place for User Picture in StartPanel (which seems to be now systematicly forgotten by all other skinners - maybe they're just thinking of a Vista like and that Vista like please every one

I didn't realize what it should be untill i tried it, but that's a real nice innovation Perhaps missing just a little coloring on Toolbar Buttons (for my taste) and i'd like to see back the normal and disabled states buttons skinned instead of nothing (like it seems to be the new "normal" way to be now ( ), and maybe just a little too big sized fonts used in TaskBar buttons, but in global and i rarely rate skins, it deserve a

Oh i omit to say: - don't go too much in transparency and keep use it like here very cautiously 
- as there's a User Picture place, it should have been nice to find a White System Logo.bmp in folder to be used as User Picture

I can't believe this only has 3 stars right now. Very, very nice skin. The preview doesn't show just how polished this skin is...the different functionality for non-resizable windows is awesome, as is the color shading of the whole button box depending on the impending action. Great job! I look forward to the others in the series. This'll be my daily skin for a while.

Very nice work. One question though, is this for Vista only? I ask because even though the clock shows up in the taskbar none of the icons are showing. I really like this concept and look forward to more of your work.
