This skin has the potential to be great.You should think about updating it to WB4.And i was naive enough to think i came up with the bubble idea.(i used them in my scroll bars)

One of the first skins I ever downloaded back in 01. Then there was some past version of Windowblinds after that, that wouldnt run this skin on my system and I was sad. But I just got the latest version and it installed and is using this skin great! I love this skin!
