Josephs ...while I see a similarity in toolbar icons, thats about all I do see ... the colors are entirely different shades, and there's hardly a similarity at all...
I'll say it's entirely possible BoXXi was somewhat inspired by this [if at all] ....but that would be as much as I'd call it.
BoXXi has no need to take other peoples work, he's a talented and accomplished skinner in his own right.

Why would he need permission if he made all the graphics himself? That's not ripping....inspiration maybe, but it's not a rip. It's really close...I admit, but the graphic work was his own. Giving credit in the skin description would be appropriate though.

If you look at my previous work you will see that I have no real reason to use other peoples graphics as I love to create stuff in photoshop. I just really liked your MSstyle and wanted a full WB version as many parts are not skinned by MSstyle as you know.
I hope you take this in the spirit it is intended. I will credit your skin as my inspiration in the author comments, as I guess that was remiss of me.
If you still feel aggrieved, please contact one of the moderators here, they will compare the graphics, and if they feel that I am out of line I will abide by their decision and take it down.
I can't say fairer than that.

While it's not my style of skin, it is definitely not a "rip".
People need to understand what a rip is. A rip is when you take someone else's artwork and call it your own.
Someone having a neat idea for a skin does not give them a monopoly on the skin design. If it did, a large # of skins would have to be pulled down.
After all, if we didn't allow things that were inspired by someone else's work, there'd be no Msstyles at all since uxtheme was "inspired" by WindowBlinds in the first place.
