This is really awesome! Attention to detail is stunning, and obviously befitting a Master skinner.
...but maybe I'm a little slow. I have WB 5.1 and I don't get the "Inner and Outer" reference at all. A little help?

The "outer" is the windows you see in the screenshot. (All blue title bar)
The "inner" is the "non-perpixel" that you might see in open windows. (White text background)
It'll only show up in certain applications that don't use dropshadow.
Most skinners just use the same titlebars, borders, etc...and just add the dropshadow.
I made the non-perpixel have a different titlebar. It looks like the "top" of the startmenu.
