I don't understand what makes this blind $.95 and others free. What about it requires payment? I'm not being rude, just don't understand.

Master Skins are never usually free for the most part.. At least that's what I've come to know anyway.

The master skinners have spent countless hours, days, weeks, months and even years providing thier works here at wincustomize for free. I can't even fathom how much time was spent on creating all the wonderful skins and components for us. Those who have given so much of thier free time deserve a little something back. Since 2001 I have been downloading and collecting these beauties, so I know how much they have given to the community.
