As part of the new wc2k7, we are now allowing Masters to sell their skins. So that's what this is for. To allow Hippy to sell his WB Skin of Texas HoldEm.

These purchase skins need to be moved off the main windowblinds download page and into a store of sorts to prevent confusion. Does Master Skin mean For Sale skin?
Not sure wether to buy or not because some times they dont look as good in action. Guess its a gamble...

Not a gamble with any work by Hippy. 
He has a long history of superior work that he has given all of us for FREE.He has earned the right to be compensated for his efforts.
Premium skins deserve to be on the main dl pages,they are clearly marked Master skin and the button says purchase.
2 suggestions tho Hippy...give them a more involved ss(not cluttered,just bigger)
and I noticed the suite has 6 wallpapers,I would include 1 with the wb.Seems only natural to expect a matching background.

Since this is the first time I have seen the revamped site, it did catch me off guard and I lost my poker face. Is there a setting to where I can look at more than 8 screenshots at time?

It's not all of a sudden, but it does make it a bit easier for the guys who have been giving their work away for free for several years to make a bit of cash. Here's a clue. If you don't want to buy it, don't. Nobody is forcing you to hand over cash at gunpoint here.
