Hehe, the geek I am, I was thinking "not another Mac OS blind."

Nice work!

Heehee, I probably would if I could...I try to avoid sleep as much as possible, life's short and I'm afraid I may miss something, my friend...

Thanks Cindi!
I was browsing through an Antique Store the other day and noticed there wasn't much plastic or aluminum around but mostly heavy metals, canvas, glass, etc. in dark, deep colors. That's where my inspiration came from on this one, my friend, checking out all that stuff that was REALLY built to last!

Heehee, no, I don't do the mac, mac, vista, vista dance...how boring would that be, my friend!

I love this. Kinda techie but not. Definitely not BLUE. That's got points from me just for that. But it's a very well crafted skin. I can tell you worked hard on this.

You put it well, yourself, Rick - no frills craftsmanship. I think that's a big reason I like your work so much.

Thanks Ghery!
Don't get me wrong, my friend, I love the very techy looking stuff and enjoy making 'em myself...it's just when I'm working on something for the long haul, I tend to switch to more traditional skins that have everything where I'm used to it being and few distractions. Heehee, everything has it's purpose I suppose...I love tricked out sports cars too but I'm not taking one to Home Depot to pick up a refrigerator...

--- "ATTABOY"! ---- Finally a skin that has the marking of one that will be used for a Long Long time.No doubt that the skins, like the ones before yours, which are 'classics' are still used today, so too I see those qualities in 'Safari'. You were VERY cunning in bringing out this skin now. With all the foofara that's been introduced lately,I'm GLAD to DL a ROCK-SOLID skin and will be certain to keep the zip in a place that will never be deleted.Congratulations --------- Mr. B!--------- - YOU WIN!

Hummm...I went through the .ini line by line and couldn't find anything out of place, lg, but I did notice I forgot to include the hoog0555_cyr2.ttf font this time so that's possibly it. The Rainy is following the .ini instructions to load that particular font and if it's not installed on your machine, that would probably cause it to shutdown. That's no biggie though...I'll update it with the font included this time, my friend. I always use that particular font for my Rainy weekdays because it fits so snug and still maintains it's readibility well so if you use my Rainys, you'll probably need that font. Thanks for letting me know, my friend...

Thanks Blazeaway!
I'm humbled by your kind and generous words, my friend...it was a very nice surprise! I didn't set out to make anything special though...just found some inspiration and tried to pour it into a blind like usual. I have been trying to put ALOT more effort into my blinds lately though instead of concentrating most of it toward my visual styles. Hopefully once I really get the hang of it, I can create some stuff you folks will really enjoy using!
