Nice design. Good teamwork guys. 
A couple of things. Try to use .tga images instead of bitmaps. The taskbar buttons are very jaggy. .tga images will do you much better. With WB 5 there is almost no reason to use .bmps anymore.
Title bar text margins need an adjustment so the text doesnt overlap the title bar buttons when the windows are reduced in size.
Please wait dialogue is displaying with some white blobs. I have seen this happen before when saving an image back to SKS. Re-import the image again and it should fix the problem. It is the first thing someone sees when applying the skin so it is a bad place to have an oops.

great job...very well thought out and put together. i do agree with the others, TGA files would be best for this skin. overall, very nice work...keep it up.

Hmmm, under my start button I have a black line. It is especailly noticable if I drag my taskbar and double it's size. If you are thinking of updating this wonderful skin you might want to look at that too. Thanks for sharing
