I don't know if it is an actual problem, but a skin has to work well in every part of its.
The Skin is very interesting and innovative, but I use the intelligent cursor.
Unfortunately in your Skin Ash08 the automatism is not precise in the positioning on the dialogue box and this forces me not to use it.
I abdicate only this function for the irreplaceable Skins!
Useless to make the list.
I have already discussed with Mike that has intervened whereas he has been able for the great professionalism that has.
I thank him for this.
Unfortunately not all are sensitive to this detail, but to whom begins to have problems of fatigue to the arm I recommend it to him (at the cost to abdicate to a part of memory?).
Is it perhaps a problem of WindowBlinds?
I am waiting for your point of view.
I im using WB 4.6, XP home edition, 3.6 cpu.

The problem may be with the titlebar which is thick around the sides causing change is position of dialog box.Other than that I have no idea.
