I have to agree with some of the facts pointed by Cavan, Gazza and Black Xero but the bigest problem I see here is the fact that you used D. Arnaez Icons without permission (as I see no permission in the zip file.) You didnt even made any mention of credit to him for those icons you've used for your shell images.

The permission text is not included in the skin file. If you did get permission to use the icons for THIS skin, you need to include it in the skin file, otherwise it defeats the purpose of the request.
Take example from Snowman's work. Everytime he ports or makes use of any artist's work, he makes sure that credit to that artist is mentioned on the skin description and the permission text/email is in the skin file
