Again..a great first effort 
And I also learned a few things from Cavan1 's comments.
I commend anyone that finishes a blind..maybe one day I'll attempt it.
Remember, you can always update your blind...

1) start button, disable Windows Paint Flag.
2) with small titlebar you should set Caption Height larger than size, with caption height at 18 makes icons in quick launch and system tray very small. This will cause an error, ignore it. I set it to 40, that may be more than needed will not be sure until reboot.
3) personal taste on my part, I find the titlebar and mdi buttons to small.
4) Logoff buttons background image, need to select transparent under paint mode, it has a white mask around text.
Other than a few little tweaks I would make, again personal tatse, this is a good job for your first.
