The icons are only avaialble as a Iconset at http://www.themexp.org/preview.php?mid=70933&type=icon&view=&page=&cat=&name=Cold+WaterXP+SE.zip that I know of. But if you download and it is a .exe, let it download then delete it, close your browser and go back and get it again, it should be a safe .zip then. Just a little word of warning.

Nice looking skin. You did a great job with the blue and the blue tint. It's clean and smooth. The only problem I found is that the word start doesn't fit in the start button. Keep up your great work

I liked the way u worked with the silver.It compliments the blue quite eloquently tho'i am tired of blue but i can live with it

You can turn roll-up on separately in the WindowBlinds settings I have been told WorldChanger.

I love this skin. It's one of the only skins that I've seen that when you change it your wallpaper does too. That's a plus to me.

I've been using this for about a month now and think it's great. It's really smooth, it looks nice, all the menus are clear and it is very easy on the eye in general.
Nice job!
(Only thing I would like to see changed is clearer buttons in the toolbars. For example, the Refresh, Home, History, Print and Full Screen buttons in Internet Explorer all look very similar (presumably because they are small). Still, a mouse hover soon tells you what they are.)
