How do you disable to user pic? I did not see any options on the control panel's user pic???? Also, I do not hear any sounds?

Just Jane,
To be able to hear the button sounds, you first must have your system sound enabled. (check your sound settings in the control panel). Then, in Windowblinds config dialog, make sure "use skin sounds (if any)" is checked. This is under "basic settings".
To disable the user pic, also in the WB config dialog box under "user overrides", uncheck
"show user icon in start panel". Hope that helps.

When I applied the theme, the wallpaper did not change. Is this user error? Help please as this is really cool.

crissy14, Just love this design....not too garish & overdone! This colour combo might not be tradition "red,white,& green" but it works great! I normally don't change my desktop with holiday themes(not because I don't like them,I do, but it kind of gives you a break with them all around you!). Excellent attention to detail...A1-10 from me!!!

I think this theme is just a tad TOO red for me lol. No offence, but I think it's the black text on red background that doesn't suit my style.
Still, a very impressive piece of work and I'd never be able to come close so well done

Here are the things I love about this skin:
1)sounds
2)start bar and user panel
3)the overall color scheme
Things I do not care for:
1)I agree on the text thing..
why not white and a little more bold? The font is too hard to read with that background.
2)The cheers on the sliders look too busy. I think the ice look from the borders of the windows would work much better.
Overall, I like it but as it is, it is not enough to use it over Christmas Time.
