Looks good. I tweaked the roll up height. If rolled up, the bar looks cut in half. Really nice shade of color!!

Very good skin. Stormy is an accurate representation of this dark skin. The AllPrograms flyout menu is excellent, and the 3D feel of each window is excellent as well. Button and mouse-over action is very good also.
Minusses - no built-in roll up function in the right window corner, the title bar overlaps the right side frame (whereas on the left side, the left title bar is smoothly connected to the left side of the window frame).
Overall, a very good dark skin.
