However, I would like to see that you implemented a better mouseover for the All Programs menu. Instead of having a big grey box around the text, then I would much prefer another color of the triangle eg. let it turn green or something and make the grey box transparent. The same goes for the Log Off and Shutdown graphics
Also, I know this is a KDE theme. But, could you make another variant for the Startmenu logo ? If not, I will do it myself

the only thing i would like to change is the Black buttons too, maybe to dark blue, it's just my opinion but the skin looks great
