Nice and clean. But to be honest, I think too much information is lost with the Common Tasks Panel moved to the top.

I tried the Standard Shell version, and the Common Tasks was still up top, but with a scrollbar

Yes please do add right-click rollup Nicely put together skin...colours remind me a little too much of MSN. I like the style of the arrows being a little off kiltered makes the controls refreshing. Not so keen on the titlebar buttons black/purple rollover with no glyphs.

Congrats on a well done theme. I use this right now and have done so since October 1st.
However, I would like to see that you implemented a better mouseover for the All Programs menu. Instead of having a big grey box around the text, then I would much prefer another color of the triangle eg. let it turn green or something and make the grey box transparent. The same goes for the Log Off and Shutdown graphics
Also, I know this is a KDE theme. But, could you make another variant for the Startmenu logo ? If not, I will do it myself So it's no trouble if you won't.

the only thing i would like to change is the Black buttons too, maybe to dark blue, it's just my opinion but the skin looks great
