sound like a tard, but how would i go about installing this skin? it looks great, but i haven't a clue how to install it lol

silver_js_phoenix, you need to download the WindowBlinds program to use the skins in this section. After you have the program installed you will only need to click on the item in the zip. Also, once you have the program installed future WB skins you download will go to the WB folder automatically.
