1) "All Programs" choice doesn't show up in the start menu - you have to know that it's there to be able to select it.
2) The min/max/close buttons should be spaced just a little farther apart - too easy to hit the wrong one with the current spacing.

But how have you changed icons in Start menu ??? It is impossible to change icons in start menu in Windows XP by IconPackager... How have you changed it? Or you have other version of Windows ?

Change the PartWidth/PartHeight in the xpstuff.xp file or use SkinStudio.
I'm going to update this skin soon (tonight sometime hopefully), I'd had some more input from ThemeNorth. Some bug fixes and a new improved Shutdown/logoff dialog box

my computer dosn't know what a wba file is...., so i can't open it. do i need any other programes to open it?
