Quite unique skin ya got there Mark. It could use a little polishing up but I can't hold that against you. This is your first skin! Keep up the good work!

The taskbar and start menus do not skin?
have loaded it 2 times, same thing. Do you have a better file maybe you could e -mail me at I really like this skin. Also, is it a wb4 skin? a lot of those features do not seem to function

Thanks for the nice comments! I guess this shows that someone CAN make a skin without reading any of the documentation...

Mamma mia, what a resolution..

Probably one of the most original skin i've ever seen ...

I'm also with PandaPaws, it could be a little smaller designed, but the idea is really really nice

Shows imagination.Dont let the comments about it taking up too much room bother you too much. Some people want clean and functional, and sometimes you want eyecandy. This lies comepletely in the latter.Theres lots of functional skins on this site(windows comes with one)but not enough risk takers.Cant wait to see what you do next. Also NIGHT FLIER ask everyone to send him a file personally, not sure why.

Just read your description.I also oversized many components in my first skin because people are using higher and higher resolutions.I use 1152 and some skins buttons were nearly impossible to hit.Fitts law says the larger a target is the more productive you will be.You have to balance speed with screen space.I see you being very forward thinking.

I have a question about Names for skins. I thought there already was a skin called Bamboo as a matter of fact I know there is. So I'm wondering how you can use this name?

For a first skin, this is just super nice. Shoot, this is good for a 45th skin. I don't have the big screen but it still looks good. Very, very well done. Thank you.

no link to the wallpaper?
Comment #20 Tuesday, July 29, 2003 3:14 PM
The wallpaper is included in the archive file here. It's called "BambooDesktop.bmp" - that's why this skin is SO large to download.
