Sorry, I guess I don't see what constitutes the the OS X portion of this skin. It's more than the apple on the start menu, isn't it? (I'm not being sarcastic, just a bit confused about what is supposed to be the OS X component.)
I'll check at home where I have OB (since I don't have XP) but from using it on W98 and from the preview I just don't see what distinguishes it from a traditional Luna Blue skin, (I do like Luna skins; I'm just trying to figure out what, if anything,is substantively different about this one.)

the titlebar buttons are different, but it looks like the titlebar stretches funny

The OSX reference notwithstanding, it's a UIS1 skin, which has its advantages.

Regarding the titlebar and buttons, CasonBang mentioned. The titlebar text seems move over the buttons with long text. Most skins have a cut off point where the buttons start so the text does not interfere. The highlight color of buttons and the text are the same color, off white, so the text is not readable, on the IE menu bar for example.

Um, I don't see anything to do with OSX in it, unless you consider the white apple. As for the Luna bit, you needn't have bothered. Luna has been done many times before, and much better.
I hate to be harsh like this, but the only good part of the skin is the wallpaper.

Well DUH Jobeleca. There's lots of Luna skins but if you actually had used this skin rather than skimming the screenshot you'd realize that the title bar shape is based on Aqua more than Luna and the title bar buttons are different.
It also has a toolbar window title bar and is UIS1 which means it's faster and more compatible.

Right Click It and press 'save targets as' in whatever folder you want but to install it on your PC you must download WindowBlinds first.
