This is interesting! Unusual choice of colors. Really nice detail on the scrollbar and task buttons, and I like the menu style. Thanks! 
Um... up on the title bar did you program in that "SMILE" "BE HAPPY!" or is that something I just never noticed before. You are always putting in some extra really unique and happy surprise somewere in your skins! I really like your happy sense of humor!

I removed the picture this-a-way. . . Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way log on > Un-check use welcome screen > Apply Changes
Seems the CAD works when the welcome screen is not used.
There is another way I believe by changing the status to a server or something like that
To remove the name . . . START > RUN > GPEDIT.MSC > USER CONFIGURATION > ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES > START MENU AND TASKBAR > FIND REMOVE USER NAME FROM START MENU > RIGHT CLICK PROPERTIES > CHECK ENABLED > OK

There have been many changes and improvements. Including a Webblinds throbber and cursors to accompany the skin.
I might have to re-release it with a new name to get on the list. Seems my updated skins never make the big updated skins list.
The new version will definately have a 6.5 rating
