Very attractive, but I can't tell what the buttons in the upper right corner do until I mouse over them. True, I can guess what the 3 right ones do by their respective positions, but I would much rather have a visual cue.

Nice design and nice colors. Good use of white for a change. Thanks for another winner.
I like the Open, Close, Maximize buttons as they are. The rollover text works well for me.

Not sure the color works for me, but it's a good try. I recomment trying different colors with it, this can go far. Overall, very nice.
