The "+" icon is for Help and depending from the programs, utilities etc. If Help is supported, then the "+" icon is showing up.

The preview looks great, but the start button on the downloaded skin is a nasty looking dark pink with blue lettering (using wb 4.0).
I also have a request for you and othet skinners: please dont space your quick-start icons so wide apart. Some of us like to keep a lot of icons there and it wastes too much space.

The skin is exactly as you see it in the preview, I don't know what you talking about the start button???
The skinners can do nothing about the space of the quicklunch buttons, it is the default size.
