I don't know how can they think of the delay thing for Skin Studio. If I get money from making skin for WindowBlinds I would register though... both WB and SkinStudio...

I like the mini-, maxi- and close button design on this skin. 
(I'm not registering SkinStudio either, since using it adds value to windowblinds itself...by making new skins)

Of course we are not going to push you. Personally I am glad that even with the "unregistered delay" Skinstudio delivers enough quality for you to look at the splash every time you launch it. The only thing you may consider is that many of new features are disabled for unregistered users. Also the advanced features are not limiting you in creating a fully featured WB skin, but only in how your preview looks (you will see it clearly with Skinstudio 1.1 very soon) and is advanced features speeding up skin development and components/images reusing. So yes... casual users can live with this (but still would bebefit from widgets sets created for them), while most Pro's register sooner or later. Soon Skinstudio will support skinning formats outside of Stardock software set and guess who will enjoy it?

On it's own, this skin is good. But with the Litestep theme, this skin is perfect. I may never use another theme (well, you never know).

Brilliant suite, one slight comment.
Maybe you could make the active and inactive titlebars more different. Unless your looking closly they dont look any different, perhaps you could remove the light grey bar from the inactive or something.
And is there any chance you could post that wallpaper, seperate of litestep. Its just I had to download the litestep theme to get it.

Most awesome skin... I was seriously about to give up on Windowblinds altogether when I came across his great skin. Use it with icon packager and you are all set. Excellent work!
